We have had Vonage Business for 2 of our locations for just over 5 months before switched to 8x8. We have had issues with the whole Vonage system crashing for hours at a time, where we have been unable to make re receive calls. Nothing more frustruating than calling support and having those calls drop. It seems to be the norm for Vonage. I would think twice before I put critical operations on their system again. http://downdetector.com/status/vonage/news/74643-problems-at-vonage We are considering other options.

The Features are straightforward and they work okay. I enjoy the ease of the Auto-attendant feature. It has allowed me more flexibility with welcome messages and call redirects. I just wish that the number porting process could have been more simple.

We are using the Vocalocity PBX plan. We had to contact the provider a few times to get our system up and running. We did have some issues configuring the call queue settings, but has been resolved rather quickly. Once we got everything up and running, it was an easy process to transition into this phone service. We no longer have issues with dropped calls or system outages! Thank you Vonage

We are a work from home company with 10 employees. Setup was simple and painless. The Vonage sales rep. Was able to lead me to the right plan for my business needs. The service Technician was well trained on all of the equipment. Vonage business VOIP allows me to transfer calls from home to home seamlessly as if we were in the same office. This is a great convenience. We use the conference feature daily to task out responsibilities. Thanks to Vonage, Business is running smoothly.

Finally! I have a phone service that recognizes the importance of mobility and flexibility. Vonage is up to date with modern business. I am always in and out of the office, but i need to be available to my customers needs regardless! I love their “follow-me” feature. I have one major complaint, dropped calls!!! I haven’t had too many, but all of my calls are valuable and any dropped call is embarrassing! Their service Technicians are understanding and realize the importance of reliability. I do recommend Vonage.

I had heard that VOIP call quality was spotty but I was in dire need of a cheaper phone service and needed to make a change. I needed to cut overhead costs any way possible. I was pleased with Vonage! Their sales team didn’t try to oversell me, They got me into a plan that serviced my needs to my business without overcharging me. I was pleasantly surprised with the sound quality of my phones. I was leary for no reason. This experience was painless and simple. To top it off, i dramatically cut my phone costs.

I’m still trying to cancel my service with Vonage. The call quality is choppy. My system is constantly rebooting. My customers complain that they can’t reach me. They are calling but my phone is not ringing. I send faxes and receive a confirmation that the fax was sent. But the recipient never received the actual fax. So I have been trying to cancel for 4 months, they say i can’t cancel. They read me these stupid terms and conditions. They transfer me 10 times and keep me on the phone all day. I have a business to run. I need my VOIP services to work. Hell! I just need my phone to ring when i'm being called! I’m now receiving bad reviews for my business because Vonage sucks! Please cancel my service. Quit charging my account!

Our office has just switched to Vonage VOIP services. So far it has been a great experience. The transition was so simple and the call clarity is incredible. The Auto Attendant is so user friendly, my employees have had an easy time adjusting to the new VOIP services, so it’s business as usual around here. The cherry on top is that i’m saving about 70% in costs by switching.

I am the IT manager, therefore i have installed every phone and extension. I have to say these phones were so simple to install and program. Their customer service was ready to assist me with any questions and treated me with a great deal of respect. It was a great experience to work with Vonage.

We have had ups and downs with Vonage. At times our service works incredible and we are completely satisfied with all the cool features. Like the cell phone integration, call conferencing, call forwarding, and call blocking for those spam calls. We did have a major problem with trying to fax while using a MAC. Customer service was very patient with us in trying to resolve the issue. Eventually the problem was resolved. Our downs is the fact that we go through moments of bad call quality and dropped calls. This is only about 1% of the time, but we have not been able to resolve this issue. I am still hopeful.
